PowerSchool Parent Portal Link
PowerSchool is a cloud-based student information system (SIS) through which the school maintains demographic information, attendance, and grades. Parents are able to see their children’s progress by viewing grades, assignments, comments and attendance.
All families with children in grades 1 through 8 are required to open a PowerSchool account.
Creating an Account
- Print, complete and return the Parent Disclaimer Form to the Computer Lab.
- You will receive your student’s access codes in 1 - 3 days.
- Follow the instructions for creating your account.

Resetting Your Password
SFCS does not maintain nor have access to any passwords for parent accounts. If you need to reset your password, click “Having Trouble Signing In” on the PowerSchool homepage and follow the instructions for resetting your password.
Adding a Sibling
Log in to your PowerSchool account, then:
- Choose “Account Preferences” on the left navigation pane.
- Click the “Students” tab.
- Choose the “Add” button.
- Enter the required information.
