✨Students in Miss Welle’s 5th grade classes created a “Mass in the Box” project to creatively represent the Eucharist and the importance of the Last Supper in our Catholic✝️faith. Through symbols, prayers, and sacred items, they demonstrated their understanding of Jesus’ gift of Himself at the Last Supper and the true meaning of the Mass.🙏🏻 #SFCS

✨Dr. Macaluso presented the final “Wellness Series” to our middle school students today. They spoke about “Gratitude” and how it is more than saying “thank you,” but a mindset that encourages appreciation, even during challenging times. They explored values, decision-making, and the influence of social media on identity and choices. The goal was to inspire students to develop greater appreciation for themselves, their families, teachers, and friends, while fostering a more  faith-filled  positive, and mindful, outlook.😃 #SFCS

🚓SFCS PreK classes went on their field trip yesterday to the Metuchen Police Department. They really enjoyed meeting 👮🏼‍♂️Corporal Casey Klein and 👮🏼Officer Jessica Roca. The officers took them to the processing room, holding cells and storage area. 🌸On Friday, our three PreK classes honored their mothers at a wonderful Mother’s Day event at SFCS.💫Special thanks go out to La Bon Bakery in Edison who kindly donated the 🧁 cupcake decorating station. ⛪️On Friday, our first grade classes led us at our weekly school wide ✝️ Mass. They did a wonderful 🌟 job reading, singing, and at the offertory. We were all happy to welcome St. Thomas the Apostle principal and former SFCS teacher, Miss Racavich to join us in Church that morning.😃 #SFCS

😊Mrs. Burke’s 3rd grade students visited the Kindergarten🐣chicks yesterday. They were SO “egg🥚cited” to get a chance to play with them before they return to Quiver Farms today. It was cute, fluffy fun for all!🐥#SFCS
